"It is a nice hotel with great location, I enjoyed my stay, but they were not always on top with housekeeping, our room wasn't cleaned every day and we had to call housekeeping at least twice to have the room made up and/or get more fresh towels. We also went down to their tacos restaurant one night for dinner and service was very slow and food took over an hour to come out even though it was not busy or peak dinner hour."

"The hotel was clean and the room had a huge floor to ceiling window looking over the pool and beach. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I recommend walking a short distance for better and less expensive food."

"The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was filthy. The bathroom had no soap dish, the doors were damaged, and water was leaking from the floor. When I arrived, the bathroom was wet as if someone else had just used it. The walls were dirty! Terrible decision. There was no manager to complain to."

"Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. Overall 3.5 out of five rating. "
