"I stayed at this hotel because I was taking a girls trip with a friend to check out the lantern festival at the John Ball Zoo. I thought the hotel itself was in a pretty good location, out of the chaos of downtown yet really close to all of the things we wanted to do. The employees were very kind when checking us in and the room was fantastic. It was big and I loved the fact that the sleeping quarters was closed off from the rest of the room. Super clean and no noise issues at all, even with a packed hotel due to a wedding. "

"Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows amazing. Food at The Kitchen was tasty. There are great restaurants within walking distance, too. The Skywalk from the hotel was convenient for getting to Van Andel and we were surprised how many things you could access from it. We will definitely be back to this hotel!"

"I was traveling to this location from Chicago on Amtrak, after some delays, I was able to get decent phone service and explained to Marsha about my situation. I arrived at the property, felt welcomed and was treated very nicely, instead of today what people would call taking up space of another.Thank you Martha "
