"We were in town for a wedding and stayed 3 nights. The house was new, clean and had lots of space for everyone. It was beautiful outside and we spent lots of time hanging out on the deck. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and on the main level there was a 1/2 bath, living room and a beautiful functional kitchen. We would stay again if in the area."

"What a beautiful home and lovely view of the lake! The home was supplied with everything you could think of. The lake is pristine with abundant wild life, even swans! Traffic on the lake is minimal. Neighbors are friendly. Kim was a excellent and timely communicator, which we greatly appreciated. Because this was a motorcycle vacation with our friends, the only downfall was the unpaved road to the house...but it was easily navigated. The road is in great condition. We had a wonderful and...

"Overall the stay was good. The house had plenty of beds and a large kitchen/dining room. We did have issues with the air conditioning not working while we were at the house, but luckily there were fans in every room for us to deal with the problem."

"We had a fabulous stay at Brooks Lake House, 3 couples for 3 nights. It had amazing lake views. Our relaxing morning coffee on the deck with the fog on top of the lake was incredible. The house was super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Quality bedding, bath towels, and beach towels were provided and the beds were comfy. Ryan and Jen were quick to respond to questions. We all highly recommend staying here."

"This is one of my favorite places I have stayed. Quiet, right on the water so the view was beautiful and if you get up early enough to catch the mist on the water, so amazing. I could have sat there all day. My husband loved the fishing. My son loves going kayaking. House itself was super clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. "

"The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids."
