"its was run down..the toilet backed up.my wife went to the front desk to tell them an he gave her as plunger..then the breakfast had cold eggs.the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months...the key to the door did not work,,kids ran all over like its was a day care.. what as joke of a place to take...."

"Our room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast options."

"My first room was dirty when I got in my room the floor was dirty, not mopped my feet turned into black tar color and shower didn’t work. Couldn’t get my towels. The next day was told I’d get my format. Never got that done. I will not ever stay there again, unless I’m desperate. I should get some type of money back because it was an awful experience."

"The house was beautiful and clean and the outside area was very nice. It was cold and windy during our two day stay so we weren’t able to enjoy it outside as much as we wanted. My low rating comes from the host. He was not welcoming in the least. I had to ask for the house code before arriving it wasn’t sent to me. I had to message him repeatedly each time to get an answer. I had first asked if the hot tub was ready for use and after a day with no reply I asked again and received a brief, “yes”. The next several messages were logistical things upon arrival and they went unanswered. I messaged him once asking that water be turned on to the guest house because two people in our party had no water out there and couldn’t even use the bathroom. After an additional message asking that the water be turned on for his guests he responded. Each time I messaged I felt like I was bothering him. I actually called a number on the instruction sheet in desperation for answers to my questions and help with the water. I reached the former owner who had sold the property. This house was very poorly managed and if you choose to stay be prepared for very limited access to the host to answer questions. "
