"The property was close to the convention center, and I had easy access to the unit. There is some road work on the street, so figuring out the turn in was a little difficult. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay."

"They advertise free breakfast but that wasnt up and running. Floor was filthy that my kids and my feet turned black. Human hair under the bed and dead insects. Shower turned very hot in middle of shower scalding my husband. Went to use ice machine before leaving and it was broke. Definitely my worst stay. "

"This property is close to a water park; so, the weekend activity will be the greatest. I saw more children during Saturday and Sunday. During the week there were very few customers. It was relatively quiet after Sunday through Thursday. The water park vacationers would return on Friday."

"There was no breakfast, staff to busy braiding hair to get me clean towels. Sheets and towels were extremely stained. "

"Didn’t realize this was a motel. Was told to go to a certain door only to have to walk backwards with young kids, late at night and with luggage. Booked la Quinta as we’ve grown to know what to expect with la Quinta definitely not what we were expecting. No elevators. Breakfast room in lobby. "

"The house was beautiful and clean and the outside area was very nice. It was cold and windy during our two day stay so we weren’t able to enjoy it outside as much as we wanted. My low rating comes from the host. He was not welcoming in the least. I had to ask for the house code before arriving it wasn’t sent to me. I had to message him repeatedly each time to get an answer. I had first asked if the hot tub was ready for use and after a day with no reply I asked again and received a brief, “yes”. The next several messages were logistical things upon arrival and they went unanswered. I messaged him once asking that water be turned on to the guest house because two people in our party had no water out there and couldn’t even use the bathroom. After an additional message asking that the water be turned on for his guests he responded. Each time I messaged I felt like I was bothering him. I actually called a number on the instruction sheet in desperation for answers to my questions and help with the water. I reached the former owner who had sold the property. This house was very poorly managed and if you choose to stay be prepared for very limited access to the host to answer questions. "
