"The location, neighborhood and the property itself were all perfect for us. Scott was super friendly and responsive even to the point of buying a coffee bean grinder for the kitchen when he found out we had whole beans. The outside areas were really nice to hang out in and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and pots, etc. we couldn’t have been happier. Great trip."

"Excellent property to stay at."

"This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. And you're just around the corner from Dutch Brothers coffee. A grocery store, too, is within walking distance or a short drive."

"House is very clean & comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful. The location is great with lots of things close enough to walk to or make a short drive. Loved being able to walk down to the Lady Bird Lake boardwalk in the morning. Would stay again!"

"Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!"

"It is as advertised, a tiny shed in the backyard of a house, in a great location! Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. Owner was very easy to work and communicate with. "
