"This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time."

"The property was nice and the house was spacious. However when we arived the spa didn't work, waterfall on pool didnt work, ovens bake option didnt work, and the dishwasher wasnt 100%. All of these added up to the 4 stars."

"We were in Austin for a graduation. But we did have a little time to enjoy the area. The house was prefect. Plenty of room for everyone. All the necessary supplies. Nice and clean. We enjoyed how it was decorated as well. The area had loads to do within walking distance. Lots of food options as well. If we get a chance to go back to Austin we will definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic. The house is a PERFECT set up for two groups/families traveling together. The community space is in the middle, with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked, which almost never happens in a VRBO. I would absolutely recommend it and rent again."

"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"

"The house itself was great. Architecturally wonderful with a great pool and view. We would rebook it 100%. A few small issues that I hope the management fixes: 1. When we got there, there was a beer bottle cap and a few small pieces of glass on the pool deck. 2. Pool was littered with dead and live bugs (not the world’s biggest deal as we spent 10 minutes cleaning it out, but listing said pool was cleaned every Friday and we checked in on a Friday). 3. Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost."

"Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. "
