10/10 Excellent
"The views are spectacular. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, not in a commercial area, so walks with your dog are pleasant. People are friendly and you can watch them come and go from the privacy of your balcony. With the best view. Will definitely be back. Great if you want to write or watercolor or finish a project you've been postponing."
"We had a great time and everything was as described. The property managers were polite and stayed in contact with us our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again. We saw dolphins everyday and no snakes lol. The only con or negative if you will, would be that the elevator was down and our condo was on the third floor, but we made the best of it. Thank you. "

"It's a little bit of nature's paradise--birds, flowers, butterflies! And that's just on the front porch. Super comfortable accomodations. Everything you'd want!"

"Great place to sit and enjoy the waterfront view (birds, boats and dolphins), with an exceptional angle for seeing summer sunrises. Check-in was easy, and the kitchen well stocked with essential cooking tools. Lots of space inside to lounge and read when not enjoying the sights from the deck. We would come back for sure."
Enjoy the best of Cedar Key with the walkable waterfront

"Overall, the property was in excellent shape considering the effects of last year's hurricane. There were a couple of minor appliance issues, which the management company jumped on immediately. The unit does need a deep clean as there are cobwebs in the highest reaches of the ceiling and corners. But the living areas were just fine. Check-in and out was seamless. The management company was Outstanding. They communicated with us daily and were very professional and pleasant. "
Endless Gulf views from this 2 bedroom waterfront townhome

"The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There were two balconies where I saw dolphins every day. My bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a dishwasher which was nice. They had many spices to use. We were right by the beach. I felt safe every day and the community was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend "
