Fenimore Mill 6DE Dual Delight, Two Units in One - Families/Groups/Gulf Front!
8/10 Good
"The location was excellent with a sunrise view over the gulf. We saw a lot of dolphins each day from the fairly large back porch. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and plenty of seating for all of us and more. The unit itself was also roomy, with a large primary suite with king bed, double sinks and very large shower. There was a secondary suite with a queen bed and its own bath as well. A third bedroom had twin beds next to a common bath. There is an open loft in the primary suite with a double bed and full bath, with stairs up to the loft within the primary suite, so not completely private for either couple if used by two couples. That was how we used it because no one wanted to sleep in the twin beds. It's a good thing we're good friends! The unit is on the third floor with no elevator. It has great views but 40 steps up to the unit, plus more steps up to the loft for whoever is staying up there. Not great for anyone with mobility or knee issues and not handicap accessible. Worth noting that it has both a small Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The listing doesn't mention a keurig but you can bring k-cups if that's your preference. It also has a second refrigerator in the laundry room, which was nice for keeping our case of bottled water. In general it was a nice place with plenty of room for all of us."
