"The room had a moldy odor, and the bathroom door was incredibly difficult to open and close. Furthermore, despite our requesting towels for three people, we were only given two. To make matters worse, we saw a couple of roaches, and the staff member even made me take our dirty towels to the laundry room myself. Lastly, the hidden $50 cash deposit felt highly sketchy and unusual for a motel."
