Luxurious Chalet w/ Lake Views & Close to Town!

This home features a spacious living area, a large kitchen and dining area, stocked for all your needs. There is a master suite on the entry level and two large bedrooms off of the upstairs loft. *Guests are responsible to check road and weather conditions as chains may be required. If applicable snow will be cleared at house for arrival, additional snow services available throughout stay for an additional fee, and a snow shovel and salt will be on site. CESTRP-2022-02908

-25 year age minimum for booking
-Pets allowed
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb 30+ nights
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-Non-abnb cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee. (If you qualify for a 100% refund per the cancelation policy on your booking, you will receive 95% as the 5% processing fee is non refundable)

-The California mountain weather varies. All guests are responsible for checking road and weather conditions prior to their arrival. No refunds will be provided for normal winter mountain weather

We celebrated Thanksgiving with my family and friends at this location. It was awesome in every detail ... especially kitchen with all the kitchenware enough to serve and enjoy Thanksgiving Feast ~ kids can fully separate loft on 2nd floor while parents enjoyed down stair loving room~ We all want to stay again...

The best VRBO we’ve ever rented. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds and high quality bedding. Well stocked kitchen. Decor is classy and cozy, very well planned and designed. Loved every bit of it.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Dustin's beautiful home. Everything from the initial communication to the checkin and check out process, was incredibly smooth. The home was beyond our expectations and extremely clean, cozy and inviting. My three children had a blast in the upstairs game room. We enjoyed family game night around the poker table with all the provided games and my 5 year old wanted to sleep on the giant bean bag chair :). Overall, we will absolutely be back for another trip. This home truly exceeded our expectations.

My family and I stayed at this property for the July 4th weekend. It’s a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, very close to the village, markets, and restaurants. It has a 3 car garage, spacious kitchen, living room ( one on the first floor and one upstairs) and a little cute patio. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of stuff and all appliances are in great shape. Communication with the management was very easy. Every time I had a question, they would get back to me so quickly. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and would consider going back.

Weekend with friends - 4 adults - it's not easy to find a place with more than one king bed. This home was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was one of the best I've ever seen - everything you could want!
