3 bedrooms with blackout curtains and riverviews with a variety of bed sizes king, queen, or full.
Bathrooms
Full Bathroom with shower and tub on the main level and a 1/2 bath on the upper level with a sliding barn door.
Dining Room
8 person table next to a sliding glass door with views and access of the river. Next to the table is a serving window to pass through food and drink from the kitchen to the dining room.
Living Room
Sectional couch to sit on while enjoying the electric fireplace and watching the Roku TV. Next to the couch are double glass doors with access to sunporch.
Kitchen
Open kitchen with a range, fridge and freezer, griddle, toaster, and microwave to utilize.
Entry and Laundry Access
Once you enter the dining room, there is an entry bench to sit on to take off your shoes and a coat tree to hang your coat. Next to the entry door is a door with access to the basement with a washer and dryer you may utilize during your stay.
Projector Room
Projector, 4 twin beds and 2 couches (one queen hideabed). A foosball table and various board games and cards to play.
Sunroom
Surrounded with sliding screen doors giving a panoramic view of the river. Access to the backyard and river. Patio furniture including a loveseat, chair, and rocker with cushions.
Backyard
Firepit, swing set, charcoal grill and river access. You must provide your own charcoal.
Guest access
Guests will have access to house, backyard, and driveway. Laundry access includes a washer and dryer to use. Guests will not have garage access.
Other things to note
You can fish from the river with a valid Iowa fishing license. Must bring own fishing gear.
