"The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern"

"This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!"

"Great views of mountains and lake, with small view obstruction from main lobby. Front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious with decent amenities provided."

We arrived to find that the heating/air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and with outside temperatures below freezing, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was a small fan heater, which barely warmed the room.
