About this property
Beautiful Villa contemporary interior, bright.
- This rental will be available only for the 3 week period from Saturday 4th to 25th August 2018.
Beautiful modern villa, very pleasant to live in peace in 300m of the town center, leaned on the path leading to the scrubland.
An attic room that can be used as extra sleeping (3persons) not counted in description of rooms. 2 cats "Broock and Djack who are used to being outside, a bowl of croquette to put and that's all not embarrassing, there is the scrubland and they are used to it.
Parts and doorways very wide.
Colorful and sunny house very pleasant.
South facing pool 8m * 4m in front of the living room.
Automatic garden watering.
Plot of 850 square meters.
TV downstairs, Hi. Internet and big screen in living room.
Laundry room and shoe storage.
Additional freezer laundry.
The terrace was made entirely new wood in July 2014.
A comfortable sofa on terrace dating from 2016.
Downstairs bathroom made 2016 with hamam cabin.
Entrance gateway redone in 2017.
Awning protecting the car from the sun.
