"Not the best location (get a rental car) but other than that nice clean room with a few spiders in our room. The option to watch TV in english would have been nice , but we figured something out. A small washer and dryer on the property would have been nice even if it cost a couple dallers to use. But besides that it was perfect."

"Overall, very good hotel. However, maintenance for the room was subpar. Where I had an issue with the air conditioning, maintaining the temperature. And I called several times and they sent somebody and still after 3 attempts, no improvement and the last night we spent without AC."

"Room was cleaned the first three days and fully stocked on complimentary chocolate bars & chips however the other two days they did not come in the do much and we had to ask front desk for replenishment and extra because we were a family of 3. The views are amazing, staff was super helpful & friendly when we asked for anything. Property was very clean & accessible. Private beach was nice but fairly new. The public beach was a few steps away off the property. You will not be disappointed staying at the resort."

"Hotel Armas in Old San Juan Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 was conveniently located. We were able to park our vehicle in a nearby parking garage and did not have to take the car out again until checkout from the hotel. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small but it was clean upon arrival. We would stay again at Hotel Armas."
