Having multiple pool options was great! Comfortable bed. Great to be able to get food service to the pool areas. Lovely location in the mountainside. Parking should be included though.

Scottsdale Camelback Resort
Washer and dryer were broken but they replaced them the next day. It was inconvenient to change my activity schedule to accommodate this. Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt.
