When we arrived at 15h30 we were taken to a room with 2 double beds(No one queried this at the time) Not sure as my mom booked chalet for us. "We booked through Hotel.com and requested a chalet 2 bedroom for 4 adults. When we arrived at 15h30 we were taken to a room with 2 double beds(No one queried this at the time) Not sure as my mom booked chalet for us. At 20h30 at night they came to tell us we in the wrong type of room and we have to pay more and change rooms. Firstly, why not say something at check in so we could have sorted it out than. Not at this time of night. We showed them the request of booking, the type of room and the amount we paid. They were not interested. They made us feel as if we were trying to sneak people in. Will never stay there again or recommend them. They need to understand customer service first."
