"We enjoyed our stay but they got our booking wrong and there was a double bed instead of 2 x singles, they then moved us to another room advising that it had 2 x single beds only for this room to also have a double bed. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful location but front desk receptionist needs some training on what the different rooms contain. "

"I’m sure on a good day with out rain this place is fabulous. But the day we arrive it was raining all day. Therefore we had to sit in the bar with a fire burning away. The staff are lovely and welcoming, the dinner we had was not too bad actually. Would love to come back with nicer weather to truly appreciate the place."

"Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...

"Leadwood cottages at Tala are fantastic. The cottages are huge with an incredible open plan design leading directly into nature. They are also extremely private. Everything was clean and well presented. The wildlife sightings were amazing, with minimal effort."

"A delightful small lodge with excellent accommodation and communal areas. Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable guides. Having a water hole immediately in front attracts many species. Would certainly stay here again."
