"This is a "Must Stay" property...when you think you had it "Great" some other place... you have not treated yourself good enough... this place sets a new standard for great... it has it all.....not only are the apartments over the top with style and anemities, but since it is associated with hotel, you have staff available 24 hours a day... and they show up at any hour.... the nicest neithborhood we have ever stayed in.... problem is the pastries shops exceed my diet parameters by a wide margin.... you will go away comparing every other property you stay at against this one.... and they won't come close... "Treat Yourself" stay here ASAP...."

"Staff is so helpful, charming , TRULY. Location is perfect, chose with a port-side view, well worth it, to look onto the gorgeous old port of Marseille. Yes, the series of initial stairs to climb to the lobby is typical of old Europe, but the staff had immediately warned us as soon as we had made our reservations. Friends in Marseille had recommended the hotel as reasonably priced with excellent staff & rooms, and they were right. Merci encore a l’equipe a la reception de l’hôtel!!"

"We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived a little early and the staff was happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. They said they were very full, so we had an upgraded room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed going out and relaxing on it. It was an unexpected bonus! We had the breakfast and it was very good, although if I had 1 critique, the hot items could have been warmer. But we still enjoyed it. Everything was very clean and there was even a shoe cleaning/shining machine in the lobby by the elevators. We found the location to be convenient and there are many restaurants close by."

"This hotel is superb , We had a fabulous upgrade as it was my daughters birthday , Reception staff were amazing special mention to Victoria , In a perfect spot on the harbour , We walked 5 mins to a cafe for breakfast up behind the hotel , The patisseries are in incredible with fresh orange , a busy bar area located a short 2 min walk away with loads of restaurants , but dinner is not served until after 7 everyone served drinks until then . The station is a short walk away as is the metro , we took the metro and train then uber to cassis around €15 each , metro and train to Provence Aix , €20each , the hotel food was great too , rooms are super clean , There are some areas in Marseille centre that are a bit dodgy but you know as soon as you turn a back street corner . The area around the hotel felt very safe . The pool was lovely too . I would stay again it smelt amazing too"

"Kitchen had everything I needed. Staff were very nice. Location convenient for the Metro if reqired. The only issue I would say was noise from the residential area opposite, lots of shouting till midnight on all three nights I stayed. Having said that, I would stop there again but maybe opt for a room not facing the residential area."
