Comfortable 30sqm studio apartment that can accommodate 2 people. Located on the ground floor, with three steps to access, of a period building from Catania located in the city center, a few steps from Villa Cerami and the Roman Amphitheater.
Ideal solution for visiting the city on foot and thanks to public transport.
In the area you can find paid street parking (blue stripes) or, alternatively, you can park at the garages in via Plebiscito 899 or in via Paternò.

Internally the space is organized as follows:
-LIVING AREA: double bed, split A / C, TV, dining table, small wardrobe.
-COOKING CORNER: induction hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, juicer and mocha.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: air conditioning, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

If you travel with small children pay attention to the stairs to access.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

The apartment is located in the center of Catania just a few minutes from the Roman Amphitheater and Villa Cerami, (located at the end of via Crociferi), in a neighborhood renowned for its Baroque style buildings. In a few minutes on foot you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the area: Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Vincenzo Bellini opera house and the namesake garden.
Walking through the streets of the city you come across the numerous clubs, restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region, known throughout Italy and in the world.
In the neighborhood you can find all the necessary comforts during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars. A few steps away is Via Etnea, a popular shopping street in the city center.

-From the airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Alibus transport with stop via Dusmet, 5 minutes away on foot from the apartment.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 15 minutes).

-From the station you can reach the apartment thanks to the lines: 2-5 / 429/449/534/536/927 Corso Sicilia 12 stop, 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

In a few minutes on foot you can find the stops of the following public transport lines: 2-5 / 429/449/503 / 504M / 534/536/902/927.

-For those traveling by car, you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at
the garage in via Plebiscito 899 or in via Paternò at Sostare srl, both 5 minutes away on foot from the hotel.

A member of our Catania team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25
From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 30
Check-in after 00:00 is not possible

During check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax of € 2 / person per night will be requested.
