"Our street side first level room was appreciated for not requiring us to haul heavy luggage up steps. Convenience to historical sights, cafes and the fish market is a key reason to stay here. The owner was very communicative and willing to help if needed. Nightlife is noisy in Catania, but we slept well despite the noise. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator, comfy bed, AC, and nice shower. On a Sunday, we easily found an Uber to the airport with less than 25 minutes travel time. A gate...

"I can’t rate the place itself because we never did find it, even using GPS. Finally gave up & grabbed a room elsewhere. It might be a nice place to stay, but it is hard to find & if GPS is to be believed, you’ll be hauling your luggage on foot a good bit."

"Ivana's B&B is in an excellent location. It is walking distance to the sites as well as great restaurants (and gelato!). Note that it is a B&B, but you are left to yourself once checked in. Ivana was great and helped me with free street parking, which can be a hassle if you're not local!"

"Globetrotter has an excellent location surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to the main sights, it is right in the centre of town. We were supposed to stay two nights but extended our stay with four as the staff were friendly and helpful and we just loved the location. We got value for money. I'd stay here again."
