"The rooms were extremely nice, spacious, renovated and clean. The staff was kind and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and worth the 13 euro!"
"First we arrived and the floor was flooded with water bc the cleaning personal was not closing something next to the toile where u get water out from. We were first thinking it’s not a big problem, things like that happen. We contacted the host valentina, she came by herself and fixed everything.
Unfortunately later we figured out we had not shampoo in the shower so the cleaning service was not really effective
The real issue we experienced was the evening next day around 8 or 9 PM. An alarm...
"Great staff and hospitality. Very clean and well run. They let us leave our bags after checkout until late in the day when we left for our flight. Thanks for a great stay Hotel Tuscolana!"
"Esperienza positivissima e da riprovare. La differenza la fa Susanna e la sua gentilezza. Con possibilità di uso della cucina il B&B, con tutti i comfort e l'estrema pulizia, si trova a due passi da piazza re di roma, metro e negozi.
Locali per pranzare e suggeriti vicinissimi. Un piacevole soggiorno romano."
"Good for the price. Clean, close to easy transportation. Make sure you have proof of adding the breakfast if you do. Not missing much really. Very close to an awesome restaurant called Tira e Mola! A must go"
"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night.
Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep.
Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."

"Too quiet easy to find and also safe. What i love more is the stuff are too friendly and the place is good to meet with new people with a different culture."
"For me, it is the best place to be close to the train station, subway, and bus to move wherever I want to go. Clean, beautiful, delicious breakfast. Perfect "
"Stayed for two nights on the way back from Venice. Nice location right by Tiburtina train station. We stayed at 3 other hotels during our 10 day Italy trip and Adèsso was the nicest. The others had their character and charm but adesso was more like what we are use to in Canada. It was in a bldg not shared by any other business. The lobby was decorated nicely and modern and had a bar/restaurant in the back that we stopped at for drinks a few times and even a meal. On Thursday night they even had a jazz trio perform who were dynamite. Created a really nice mood/vibe in the whole lobby bar. The room again was very modern with some Lighting that gave the room a nice touch. Must have been built or renovated recently as most of the construction seemed bright and shiny. Bathroom was nice and big w bidet and towel warmer which I am learning seems to be in a lot of hotels in Italy. Check in and out was easy although it is not uncommon for the hotel to request photocopies of passport. Which I’m not sure how I feel about, but Italy is so lovely that I just gave it to them anyway. Quick metro ride will get you anywhere, but lots of restaurants and lovely walks around area too. Was nice to end our trip in a more traditionally North American style hotel. Would stay again due to its distance from the main tourist area. "
