"Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly."

"Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff! They helped me book all my transportation and gave great recommendations."

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country e.g there was no juice and one fruit served. It was quite quiet so maybe that’s the reason."

"We had a fantastic stay at Spring Garden Hotel in Cát Bà. The hotel was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the incredible level of care and personal attention from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She helped us organise trips, arrange taxis and transport, and gave us lots of useful local information and advice. One example really...

"I have been traveling around the world and this hotel is one of the most terrible hotels I ever stayed. Don't believe the description as most is incorrect. It is Noisy. Dirty, and no towels. People were screaming for hours and the hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Of course no breakfast as the description states."

"Door spoil, air conditioning not cold."

"Loved it!"

"Tout aurait été génial si j’m’étais pas réveillé avec des piqures de puces de lit sur les cuisses et si j’en avais pas récupéré une dans mon sac à dos💀"

"We travelled all the way to a floating pontoon only to discover they have closed the business and we were marooned on the water until they sent a boat to collect us. No email or message informing us our paid for booking was not going to be honoured, just got left for fools, expecting to find our accommodation waiting for us upon arrival. Terrible experience."

"Cat Ba View Hotel may not be the most modern or luxurious hotel, and it doesn't offer amenities like a pool or gym, but what it lacks in facilities, it more than makes up for in hospitality. This is a small, family-run hotel, and Nam, the owner, along with his family, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable. It's the kind of personal attention and care that you rarely find at larger hotels. If...

"We had a wonderful stay. The personal was excellent, the room was wonderful. Won't hesitate to come back."

"Nice overall, some mold on curtains"

"Super helpful staff, made things very easy"

"The boat was nice. It’s not the luxury liners you see, but it was a nice size and the rooms were good. The dinning area was cozy making it great for mingling with other passengers. The top deck was nice. What made the trip for us was the food and the staff. The staff were wonderful. Very kind and friendly and helpful and the food was amazing!! We were fortunate to share our tour with a group of locals. They treated to a very special meal, but even without that the food was delicious and...

"Hotel should warm guest not to do exercise in the hallway early in the morning which disturb all the guests."

"Tutti i servizi erano di ottima qualità. Da considerare per chi va a visitare halong bay"
