"They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication."
"Perfectly located with views to the Bay, great shopping options including shopping centre with a large department store and quality restaurants, including a wonderful vegan/vegetarian restaurant within 5 ma walk.
The room was spotless, the bed linen white and crisp and plugs for electronic appliances located on headrest. Light switches within easy reach once in bed and lots of natural light which could be controlled with double lights. Breakfast was adequate with a number of choices, from fruit...
"This 4-day visit was my third to The Light Hotel since 2015. Like my previous stays, the owner / manager, Jennie, and her staff provide 5-star accommodations, amenities and service for very reasonable cost. A small family-run hotel, you are welcomed and treated like family. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is good.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ATM.
I love the hotel and highly recommend it for your visit to Ha Long."
"Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here."

Should not have unpacked and phoned Expedia. Showed pictures to manager felt like I was talking to a lawyer. He said it was expedias fault the pictures were wrong. But pictures are still up. Ask to get room promised but it was taken by larger group. Think they booked just after me so he put them in a kicked us...
