"We had a suite which was miles from reception up and down stairs plus the signage was poor and confusing. Reception had a care less attitude when I overheard another guest explaining their issue. Equally they didn’t care that someone had been smoking in our room and cigarette ash was on the carpet and the window frame. The bed throw was disgusting and not to be explicit I’ll leave it at that. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The only thing we disliked was the toilet being in a separate section to the main bathroom. We found this unhygienic as there was no facilities for hand washing before you had to touch door handles. Everything else was great"

"No kettle no fridge no teabags no hair dryers 2 main towels and 1 hand towel 20ich Tv not many channels Shower is just in the middle of room no privacy Window was broken didn’t open "
