"Great location & very friendly staff. The room was good however, the shower was poor and there were marks on the desk which looked like something was spilled. Overall a great stay."

"Incredible - amazing hotel, beautiful decor, staff wonderful. Issues: Our room was a suite room and it was really wonderful with just one issue - no full length mirror. The Peleton 'room' (alcove) had one but there was a Peleton in the way! That was also the room with the hair dryer etc in - how you're supposed to do your hair in the mirror with a big bike in the way is beyond me. Our main issue was that I had requested early check-in and someone on the app confirmed that and stated 'you can access your room from 1pm tomorrow'. Sadly on arrival we were told that the room wasn't ready, and that early check-in is 'subject to availability'. Despite me having written confirmation. So we had to sit around in the bar and wait rather than getting on with our day. No one came to get us when it was ready, I had to keep going back to reception and checking. A real shame."
