Man who checked us in incredibly rude.lady later so much better.car parking good.seems lots of local blokes use it for revving up their engines and behaving oikishly.so much potential but very tatty.had to go over surfaces with wet wipes.greasy and dusty.remote control thick with gunge and under the bed full of bitsnbobs unvacumed...but ok for a budget price"

"The hotel is in the most beautiful, perfect spot in Bourton. However considering the cost to stay, the standard was very poor overall.
The hotel was very grubby, lumps of dust and grime on carpets throughout.
We were told to help ourselves to what turned out to be dirty cutlery at evening meal & breakfast.
When we arrived there was one member of staff manning the reception and serving meals, who was clearly new and had not had any induction so was clueless when asked about where to park (car...
