"Faulty Towers would bewonderful compared to this place. Booked through Expedia but still the hotel charged me for accomodation. Have been trying for weeks to get them on the phone but they dont answer. AVOID this place."

"The hotel itself is lovely. Sadly the dining room and bar are closed but the hotel side is open for business! Clean rooms, comfy bed and delightful host. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was perfectly done. Really lovely place to stay to take in the surrounding villages and towns. Peaceful village with cafes "

"Abgelegens, etwas spezielles B&B, das aber seinen Reiz hat. 20 Minuten Autofahrt bis Castle Douglas mit Restaurants. Grosse Zimmer. Z.T. etwas ins Alter gekommen. Da Ende Saison, Frühstücksangebot doch etwas eingeschränkt. Insgesamt aber doch ok, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig."
