"Very modern and lovely room. The Innkeeper, Sibane, was terrific, Very helpful with all of our requests. Thankfully there was parking in the rear of the hotel. Somehow my credit card had fallen on the ground and some Good Samaritan put it under the back window wiper on the back window, where it remained for two days until we checked out!! We were astonished at the honesty of the person who found it and those who walked by it! "

"Liked that the hotel was close to the airport. Didn't like that the hotel shuttle never came for a pickup & we had to walk to the hotel with massive amounts of luggage"

"We were sleeping in a separate little house on the large estate. It was clean and spacious for 3 people. But the reason for only 3 stars: super loud music (the equivalent of a music festival…) on Saturday morning from a barn with cross-fit sessions…; multiple woodlice in the rooms (probably because of the house’s location near horses); fertiliser spread against the building (dry pallets, not fresh…) by tractor working on the adjacent field; very small washing basin without space for toiletries (the sink in kitchen was more convenient). Some more consideration is needed from the property owners to assure a truly pleasant stay. "

"The Blue Haven is right in the heart of Kinsale and within walking distance to many pubs and restaurants. Room was clean and well appointed. Good water pressure in the shower. The one downside was being right on the street as it was very noisy until late at night. We ate there for breakfast and it was excellent. We also had dinner one night which was phenomenal. The other downside is parking as you’ll have to first find a spot in either the car park down the street or one of the few spots on the street and pay if you arrive before 6pm or leave your car after 10:30am. "
