"No hay personal desp de las 5 de la tarde que te ayude con nada . Si quieres ir a un hotel que lo tienes que llevar todo este es el hotel . Tuve muy mala experiencia llegué desp de las 5 pm y estuve dos horas para que me dieran un código para acceder a mi habitación"

"The inn is sweet and beautiful. Absolutely spotless!"

"Excellent stay! Beach towels included but fyi no beach chairs included. Can be rented on beach for $30/day for 2 chairs & umbrella. Screened private balcony. Separate washer & dryer. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and clean unit. Trolley spot nearby. We got groceries delivered from Walmart. Lots of supplies, shampoos, detergent, dish soap, hand soap, etc. more can be requested at guest desk. Pool and hot tub clean. Many chairs and lounges, some with umbrellas. They will accept Amazon...

"The airport shuttle was very quick and easy. The staff were very helpful at the front desk."

"couple things .. there were holes in the wall where a picture had been ripped off or something but they just left the holes there, the tub faucet was falling off and rusty, no trash can in the bathroom, an annoying dog barked for 8 hours straight in the next room , luggage carts are horrible , breakfast was acceptable"

"挺好的"

"Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was included, good verity."

"Our room was clean and the breakfast was good except for the coffee. Not a fan of their coffee. Staff was friendly and there was ample parking. It was just the two of us this time, but I can see a family of 4 being comfortable in the room. Highly recommend!"

"Awesome location, facility and staff. I plan to stay there every time I visit Fort Meyers."

"Ok"

"Nos dieron una habitación en primer nivel con olor a humedad , solicitamos otra y pues mejoró pero el olor a marihuana era terrible . El hotel necesita una renovación completa , desayuno regular"

"Hotel en buenas condiciones, personal amable y atentos. La comida muy buena"
