"This apartment was a perfect location for our stay as it was located a 5 minute walk from our friends home. It is truly an Italian apartment located on a hill you have to walk up. The apartment has all the amenities you will need for a long stay. We stayed 12 nights and it was great. Now, do not expect all the luxuries of an American hotel or apartment. It is Italian and sparse. And the walking could be a challenge for some. But, we loved it and would reccomend."

"Das Haus liegt wundervoll in der Natur, am Ende einer schmalen Straße.Es strahlt unglaublichen Flair aus. Man muss sich schon zwingen Ausflüge pp. durchzuführen. Der Poolbereich ist das absolute Highlight der Anlage. Die Panoramaaussicht von dort lässt einen kaum los.Die funktionellen Einrichtungen sind alle top. Das Vermieterpaar einschließlich Sohn waren großartig. Laura hat toll gekocht und zum Essen eingeladen. Wir haben schon für 2023 gebucht."

"Wir haben im August eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war trotz des sehr warmen Wetters angenehm kühl. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hat uns die gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien sehr gut gefallen. Auch haben wir von Fausto und Flavia gute Tips für den Einkauf von Wein und Lebensmitteln bekommen."

"Leider entspricht die Beschreibung dieses Ferienhauses dem Stand von vielleicht vor 10 Jahren. Die älteren Herrschaften, welche sich vor Ort kümmern und angeblich einen Gemüsegarten bewirtschaften gibt es nicht - auch keinen Gemüsegarten mehr. Die Aussenanlage um das Haus ist nur notdürftig und oberflächlich gepflegt. Die Gartenmöbel sind einfach nur alt, kaputt und verrottet, da will und kann man sich nicht gemütlich setzen, geschweige denn Essen auf den Tisch stellen, welcher genau wie die...

"We really enjoyed Leonardo´s House! It is worth to visit and relax for holiday. It is wonderfully located in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the Tuscan valley. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was beautiful! Leonardo is a very nice person and host and was always available for questions or others issues. We would like to come again :-)"

"Wir haben als 5-köpfige Familie einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir konnten die Tage sehr genießen und haben uns alle wunderbar vom Alltag erholen können. Das Haus und der angrenzende Garten mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Im Gegenteil: Wir wurden von den Vermietern mit eigenem Obst und Wein versorgt. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und standen uns bei allen Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand...

"Great central location, short walk to city center outside ZTL. Staff is VERY accommodating. Rooms are decorated very opulently w. rich passimenterie & textiles, Murano glass chandelier & brass fixtures. Room and toilette are VERY large by EU standards! Happy hour complimentary snacks could almost serve as dinner. and breakfast is amazing. Omelettes, and eggs (fried or scrambled) made to order. Seriously one of the most opulent hotels we've ever stayed in, and we've traveled extensively.Not to mention the gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside and Lake Tresamino. Fabulous stay!"

Beautiful week in Cortona

"This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill."

"I will stay in Cortana could not have been any better, we could not have picked a better hotel. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of the town. The rooms were clean and plenty of character and looked out with a fantastic view. The hotel staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful and even offered to send some belongings we left behind After checkout to us. We were travelling with kids and they accommodated our every need. I would 100% stay at this hotel again just based on the service we received. The actual building was really a bonus and the walk ability made our stay perfect! Great job hotel staff!!!!! "
