"Perfect location, perhaps a 5-minute walk from the historic town center. Ample space in a quiet corner of the old part of Perugia. We used our apartment as our base of operations to explore the city and the Umbria region for nearly a full month. This was exactly what we had hoped for. After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home. "The property is a haven of peace off a busy street. Easy to get into the old town by use of the wonderful mini metro that was less than 5 minutes walk away. Also walking distance to the railway station where we also hired a car. Great to have off street parking. The beds were comfortable and the only things we missed were armchairs (the property is not large enough to have a lounge) and some milk and teabags to make a drink on our arrival."
