"Nice appartment. Great views of Tuscan countryside. Close to Riparbella which has restaurants and shops and about 10km to the coast."

"Loads of space, with large bedrooms and reception rooms (which is difficult to appreciate from the photos - the villa is much more impressive in real life!). The location was perfect for us - under 10min drive to the supermarket, and we enjoyed local walks to the village (and recommend the restaurant Le 3 Rane) and to Montecastello."

"The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

"Das Feriendomizil liegt in einer ruhigen Straße von Tirrenia. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer, Bäder und Küche sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in den Ferien im Alltag braucht. Der Garten ist groß. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Was sehr angenehm und besonders war: Zu unserem Empfang gab es eine Flasche guten Prosecco. Am Morgen war Kaffee auch immer ausreichend vorhanden. Die größte Überraschung war allerdings, als zu meinem Geburtstag...

"I find it hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was at the beautiful villa. First, Martin our host and family are the kindest people. They went above and beyond helping and making sure our stay was perfect. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice. Tucked in the hills, the Villa is beautiful and has breathtaking views. We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball area and ping pong table + the outdoor kitchen and dining area were perfect for our big group. The location to nice towns was also great. "Excellent resort place in Italy. It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained. Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around. A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar. Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Excellent service all around. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking. Great breakfast, good restaurants around. Very friendly staff, English speaking. I would be happy to recommend this place to all my friends and family."
