"It is a nice place, close to most sightseeing attractions, all within walking distances. However, I was shocked that the staff was only willing to keep our luggage until 1 pm instead of 5 pm. This caused lots of trouble for us and ruined our last day in Rome."

"Reception is only open from 8-4, they don’t store luggage, and you can’t get breakfast before 8. Oh, and there’s a strict checkout by 10:30 policy. We had a Vatican City tour scheduled for 8 that did not conclude till 11:30, so had to leave hotel at 7am, with our bags and without the breakfast we paid for, because they were inflexible and would not accommodate us. And it was raining that morning. Good times. Paid 350 Euros and never ever saw the staff."

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...
