Nice room. Excellent location. Steps away from Piazza Navona. Very clean.
Only issue was the 50 steps to the hotel with no elevator, but that's the charm of Italy.
Awesome area to stay in for first time visitors. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Patrick was very helpful in suggesting points of interest. Room was very clean and spacious. Ciao!
Amazing location very close to tons of restaurants, shops and historical sights. The hotel is like 1 floor with 5-6 rooms. They’re well maintained. Theres no elevator so make you can climb up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage
We didn’t get an email before arriving with instructions on how to enter- so when we arrived very late at night, it was a panic until we were able to reach someone. Once inside the rest of the stay was just fine. 48 stairs to the door, in a hot hallway- but rooms were fine and well-kept. Area of the city is wonderful! Would stay there again!
Staff was incredibly helpful. David insisted on carrying our luggages up the stairs even when we tried to help. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room was incredibly spacious for Rome - more than we anticipated. Host also provided waters and drinks free in the fridge which was so appreciated. Great location, steps from Piazza Navona. Only draw back is the stairs up and down (not ideal for seniors), but that’s to be expected in an older city. Wifi was great. TV came in handy during a big storm in the evening. Would stay again.
We had 2 family apartments for our family of 5. There is no lift and the stairs were a bit challenging for my in-laws, but the staff helped us carry their bags up to their home. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We were able to book transportation from the airport to the hotel, and they were able to take us to the Civitavecchia port as well. Would recommend staying here for the location alone. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants, trevi fountain, pantheon and Vatican City.
Great place to stay! Near a lot of great restaurants and walking to top tourist attractions is not too far!

This place was amazing, walking distance to everything and food was literally down stairs. Marco set everything up for us so there was no worrying about rides to and from airport.

Pros : Ease of Check in , Patrick was extremely nice and helpful. The transfer to the hotel and pick up were great, highly recommend .
Perfect location in piazza navona with everything you can imagine to do and eat. We were able to walk to the colosseum , trevi fountain, Parthenon and all over historic Rome .
We felt safe and the little apartment had every thing we needed . The room was quiet at night and it was dark to sleep. The AC was cold too. Shower had great pressure and was hot! I liked everything but the pillows were so hard and flat. The bed was ok but not very comfortable. My biggest complaint was that there was one sheet and a ratty thin blanket in the armoire . I was cold both nights and never got a night of sleep. This is such an easy fix to have quality bed linens and pillows and at the least a bed spread or comforter. A comfortable rest at night makes all the difference especially if you are walking and exploring all day and come back to an uncomfortable sleep.
We loved our extended layover 1 night stay. Wished we stayed longer. Right in the heart of a charming area of Rome with plenty of dining options, fountains, walkable to a number of monuments/tourist attractions.
