"Beautiful "

"Authentic 13th century building with so much character and charm. The room was very unique and opened to a lovely courtyard. The location was great, and very close to the gate. A full Italian breakfast buffet was offered at a reasonable cost. Laundry service was also available. And the hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. "I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and a quick walk to the metro, attractions and many dining options. The room provided many extra amenities such as water, coffee and bathroom slippers. The air conditioning unit in my room was very weak but kept the room tolerable. In hindsight, I should have asked for a fan. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."

"Super friendly staff, this is a family run b&b & they also have a restaurant in the village an easy 10 minute walk away where the food is fabulous. Breakfast is delivered to your room terrace, you order what you want the night before. The choice is great, eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt, ham, cheese etc. The rooms are comfortable & clean. "Air conditioning was unacceptable. It was 96 degrees in Florence (36C) the whole week. The room was 81F (27.4C) when we arrived. The A/C was intentionally neutered to blow air at the lowest setting and the room never cooled down below 79F (26C). Absolutely ridiculous to sweat out your paying customers. Stay somewhere else!"

"Location is great. It is very loud with a bar and cooking school beneath it. From the photos online it was hard to figure out what was included and what wasn’t as there are a number of different units. For the location I would stay again"
