"We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again"

"In summary, we landed at Marco Polo Airport and arrived by boat via Alilaguna Waterbus to the Arsenal Boat dock at 12:00 AM. For your reference once you land at Marco Polo Airport it is a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna Waterbus terminal. Alfonso was there to greet us at the boat dock. Alfonso was very friendly even at this time of night. We walked to the property and were greeted with snacks and drinks. "Roberta was a great host. She helped organize the airport pickup and made sure we had everything we needed for our time in Venice. If you go in the high season with busy canals, be aware that you will have to walk 5 min with your luggage. Also, there is no lift so make sure you don’t overpack. Overall, great rental!"

"Very clean, quiet and beds were very comfortable. Short walk to all major attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Self service laundry around the corner. The hotel offers free round trip boat service to Murano. We enjoyed the glass blowing presentation there for free. A couple of minor drawbacks. There was a window in our shower which had a direct view to the neighbours. A frosted window would be ideal for privacy. Only two English channels available on the TV. Overall a great stay."
