"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Isole! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially the man cleaning the rooms and the woman managing the breakfast/eating area. One concierge man was very kind, the other was a bit colder, but not rude at least. The hotel is very close to the lagoon for easy transportation by public boat or private water taxi to other stops around Venice, Murano, the train station, or to the airport. Our room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom. There’s a very good restaurant next to the hotel, Alla Rivetta, that had the best service and friendly staff we had in all of Italy so far. I recommend Le Isole as a great hote, especially if you want a clean place that’s close by Doje’s Palace and St Mark’s square and public water transport."

"Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It's next to a canal (of course) and bridge, and around the corner from a large square with some restaurants. Just away from the very busy touristy streets. Our room was large with a good size bathroom. Plenty of space to store our bags and clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful."
