"The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well."

"Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area. Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...
