"We enjoyed our stay. Although we had asked we had no instructions about where to pick up the apartment keys, which led to much confusion. Having used HomeAway for vacations in many different places we have never had to hire bed linen & towels before, which we then had to arrange at very short notice from the office. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members.
