Tres bien situé bord de plage

Plein d'activités a faire proche de l'appartement petit bémol pour se garer au pieds de l'appartement parking souvent pleins et garer plus loin .appartement bien insonorisé et climatisation tres apprécié. Superbe vue la mer au reveil cest top .

TrĂšs bel appartement, trĂšs propre et fonctionnel, malheureusement non Ă©quipĂ© de chauffage dans la salle d'eau, donc je me suis gelĂ©e pour me laver tous les matins. (j'ai louĂ© en fĂ©vrier 2024) faites moi penser de poser la question du chauffage pour mes prochaines locations hivernales. et 2 oreillers sales, J'ai appelĂ© la propriĂ©taire qui Ă©tait au Maroc qui m'a rĂ©pondu qu'elle allait s'en occuper en appelant l'agence, (chose qu'elle n'a pas faite) j'en ai parlĂ© Ă  l'agente d'accueil qui s'en est foutue complĂ©tement. De plus le store de la terrasse ne fonctionne pas, il fallait tirer trĂšs trĂšs fort et impossible de le faire bouger , donc j'ai appelĂ© quelqu'un pour le lever et il est restĂ© levĂ© car je suis partie un dimanche donc personne pour m'aider. Personne ne m'a renseignĂ© pour le rendu des clefs, il a fallu que j'aille plusieurs fois Ă  l'agence toujours fermĂ©e, l'agente d'accueil est assez je m'en foutiste, et de plus introuvable la plupart du temps. Je crois qu'elle a travaillĂ© 3 jours dans la semaine!! Belle situation pour l'appartement, face Ă  la mer, et le marchĂ© devant la porte le samedi, la ville est assez jolie,assez tranquille pour fĂ©vrier, ce qui me convenait trĂšs bien. Quelques commerces fermĂ©s, mais dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvĂ© ce qui me fallait, mĂȘme un rĂ©parateur de tĂ©lĂ©phones Ă  2 pas de chez moi. Et la tv branchĂ©e sur la France parfait!! bien qu'il faille ĂȘtre ingĂ©nieur pour arriver Ă  la faire dĂ©marrer. mais ça c'est Ă  cause de mon Ăąge. sincĂšres salutations

Manque de suivi

Appartement trĂšs sympa, au niveau emplacement, vue. Par contre, pas d'Ă©tat des lieux de la part de l'agence qui gĂšre le bien, ni Ă  l'entrĂ©e, ni Ă  la sortie, et la propretĂ© nĂ©cessiterait un effort. Housse du canapĂ© Ă  changer, par exemple. Une vraie climatisation serai nĂ©cessaire, la climatisation mobile Ă©tant insuffisante et compliquĂ©e Ă  mettre en Ɠuvre.
