"This was advertised to have laundry - didn’t have laundry. Front desk lady was very kind - bar/restaurant - not so much. They act as if your an inconvenience to them. Tried to walk in to Get some ice at approximately 4pm. Before a full word could come out of my mouth I was abruptly interrupted by “WERE CLOSED”. A smile and kindness really does go a long way - some places get way too comfortable. Thankfully due to this mess, Expedia completely refunded us. I do not recommend this place."

"The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. We arrived our room wasn’t ready but they stored our luggage and we were free to go about the town. The servers in the restaurant were also nice."

"Super hard to get a hold of the hotel. Spent hours trying to get code and room number after having checked in online beforehand. We had to use locals at the airports telephone to try to get through. Would not recommend. Poor customer service."

"Great hotel, was packed and long lines for check in but definitely worth the stay. Breakfast was superb!. Proximity to the airport also marvelous. I will go back no doubt of it."

"Loved the location—right on the beach! Restaurants just up the street. Everything we needed for our 16 days—coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, iron, toaster, glassware, etc. We were even able to get parking for an extra fee per day."
