"La habitación guarda un horrible olor sulfuroso que proviene del baño. Huele entre a cañería y/o tubería que se extiende a toda la habitación. Por si fuera poco, había una plaga de insectos que seguramente salen de la misma cañería y que tiene infestados tanto al baño como a la habitación.
