"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights at the Castellmar. The building is older and the bathroom could use a face lift but everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The deck off the living room was huge and we enjoyed our partial view of the sea. I would recommend this property for the price even though the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours. "

"There were ants in the bathroom, and u can’t turn the AC on in both rooms at the same time, so it was either us or the kids can have AC"

"Great staff. Allowed to check in early . Rooms were super clean , we were 4 ( including 2 kids ) with 3 bed it worked well . Breakfast were included in the package. Completely enjoyed our stay . "

"It is a gorgeous hotel! The staff is friendly and they have lots of useful amenities, and a gorgeous pool. There was actually a wedding there while we were staying. Lots of dining options about a 15-20 minute walk away, and they'll also be by the beach. Enjoyed our time there. Note: It's not located exactly in the heart of Barcelona, it's in Castelldefels. Expect to uber or public transit to the city. "

"Nice little hotel in Casteldifels. No facilities at the property but bar & shop within 10 minutes. My main reason for staying there was proximity to the airport (12 minute drive) and for this purpose it served me well. "
