Martina was a wonderful host, who was always helpful and always reachable via whatsapp. The room was so much larger than expected, felt pretty new and modern and the bathroom was also in great contemporary condition. "Great ambience with a large medieval entry, and timber ceilings. The room was spacious, with double doors overlooking an authentic narrow old Palermo street, filled with the life of locals living nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for a couple of over 60s was the climb up three flights of stairs - a real gym workout to counter all the pasta and pizzas. "
