"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them!
In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"Just a 12 minute walk from the beach at Castellabate this lovely hotel has excellent views across the coast, especially from the restaurant. We had a well equipped sea view room which was very comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast was very good. The pool area and gardens are well kept and there is plenty of parking. "Amazing place. We booked last minute as our previous accommodation had to be cancelled. A pleasant welcome awaited us at reception. The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and bar area, which never felt too busy. The private beach was also a lovely area and the sea was surprisingly warm.
