"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations.
