"We had a lovely time at this beautiful apartment. it had everything we needed for our stay in Rome! The location cannot be beat. We drove in and Marcello offered a convenient parking recommendation nearby. From the apartment we could walk to the Vatican and it was a short walk to the subway/metro. Our hosts were superb! "We had an amazing stay at Balboa. The check in process was seamless and the property was exactly as described. The location is central, but also outside the tourist hustle and bustle. We had a large group ranging from 1-60s and everyone loved the property. Would highly recommend. "

"Great property with great staff, a lot bigger than it first seems. They have an elevator but it does not go all the way to the 4th floor. The rooms are very modern, and clean. The AC is amazing and super cold!! Especially compared to most other hotels. They offer a transportation to & from airport or cruise. "
