There is zero way to contact them via phone if you need to. You’ll get in an AI loop and then hung up on.
The pool is only open from 10AM-8PM. It’s too hot in Rome to have such limited hours.
Check in takes forever and the only benches are in the sun.
And people are smoking non-stop at the pool in your face and your kids faces - especially when you are in the chairs at the pool. It’s 2026 - it should really be non-smoking. It’s disgusting."
