"Hubby & I really liked this location, can walk to many sites and great restaurants. Mary was a gem to deal with during our stay. We stayed in the PINK room, the bed was amazing! (We asked for 4 pillows and there were 4 pillows!). Shower was exceptional! In the main area, there was a coffee maker and extra bottles of water and a multitude of Italian snacks to try! Thankfully there was an elevator as well! Felt very safe there! Also a laundromat just minutes down the street, which was great!...

"The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect.
