"This property is located in a tiny alleyway and when you enter it is a dark and dingey stairwell. The elevator is slow but at least there is one. Go up 3 flights of stairs and you will find the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms have beautiful morano glass chandeliers, free toiletries, bidets, complimentary beer, coke and water in the fridge. We had a great stay!"

"A great deal of walking; area is very busy. Loved the water and experience of using water taxis and buses; staff friendly and helpful. A lot of stairs to get luggage up to room, but room very clean."

"I love the junior suite with its canal view! The hotel is located relatively away from touristy spots. Water bus does travel through the canal and you can hear it early in the morning. "

"We loved our stay here. Nice rooms, nice staff, good location that was not too far from the things we were interested in. Only complaint is that on our last night an alarm in the lobby was going off all night but there was no staff there to silence it, which you could hear a little bit from the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Due to torrential rains in Venice the day we arrived (and at no fault of the hotel), we experienced water in our room. The staff were incredibly helpful finding us alternate accommodations. We otherwise had no complaints about the hotel. The staff (owners) went above and beyond to ensure our only night in Venice was not a bust! "
